Specification: Following 2015's limited-edition first release, Arran has now added its 18-year-old whisky to the core range. A rich and complex whisky, with notes of citrus, orchard fruit, milk brioche and dark chocolate.
Specification: Old Ballantruan is a superb peated malt, produced at Speyside's Tomintoul distillery using heavily peated barley. This is the first ever bottling with an age statement, and it comes at a punchy 50%ABV. Very good stuff!

Specification: This Bunnahabhain bottling comes in a redesigned bottle. This 12 year old is lightly peated for an Islay single malt and consequently is a light, fresh dram. Now at the higher strength of 46.3% - for more complexity and flavour. Additionally dual labeling now tells the tale of the overall sense of specialty, subtlety, confidence and luxury.
Specification: Originally released for the Travel Retail market, the Dalmore Luceo is part of a selection of releases finished in different types of Sherry casks. This one was finished in first fill Apostoles Sherry casks, resulting in decadent waves of sweetness.
Specification: A more recent part of the El Dorado range, this is aged in bourbon barrels and offers a heavier body than the 5 year old, but still not as heavy as the 12 and 15, making this a great mixing rum, though not a bad sipping spirit either!
Specification: Made from rums of between 21 and 25 years of age, matured in 45 gallon oak casks, within six degrees of the equator in Guyana. El Dorado 21 was awarded a Gold at the International Rum Festival 2003 in Canada and a Silver at the 2003 International Wine and Spirit Competition in London. Most remarkably, this was the highest scoring rum ever to be tasted by the Beverage Tasting Institute in Chicago.
Specification: Glen Deveron, Scotland’s most easterly distillery, lies on the rugged coast of north east Scotland by the banks of the river Deveron. Glen Deveron crafts it’s malt in the traditional way using copper pot stills, fine malted barley and pure spring water. This bold expression with a deep gold colour has notes of fine toasted cereals, roasted hazelnuts and exotic fruits, making it a rich, fruity malt with a refined and long-lingering finish.
Specification: This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. GlenDronach 12 year old Original is a sweet, creamy dram. Deep amber-red gold colour. Sweet, creamy vanilla with hints of ginger. Spiced mulled wine and pear. Rich, creamy, silky-smooth. Warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouth feel, raisins and soft fruits. Spicy with medium length and a dry finish. Long, full and firm, slightly nutty finish.
Specification: Named after the traditional Glengarry bonnet worn as part of Scottish military or civilian Highland dress, the Glengarry whisky range is made at the very versatile Loch Lomond distillery. This is their entry level single malt expression. Well balanced barley and citrus peel notes, with touches of peat smoke shining through.
Specification: Glengoyne's new 15 year old is a rich, rounded single malt, completely devoid of peat smoke thanks to air-drying the barley. It is aged in both bourbon and first-fill sherry casks, with some refill cask whisky thrown in for good measure.
Specification: The Duthac comes from Glenmorangie's range of expressions originally released for the Travel Retail market. This particular single malt, name after St. Duthac whose resting place sits at the centre of the Royal Burgh of Tain, has been part finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry and virgin oak casks before being bottled at 43% ABV. Plenty of rich, mellow elements throughout this one (as you'd expect from Glenmorangie), with touches of sticky PX sweetness and herb-y spiciness.

Specification: Unleash the bold spirit of Jim Beam Devil’s Cut, a premium bourbon with depth and complexity that comes from liquid extracted from inside the barrel wood. All great bourbons have a magic to them, an element of mystery. As bourbon ages and matures, a portion is lost from the barrel due to evaporation. Many believe it’s angels claiming their dues. That’s why it calls the “Angel’s Share”—gone forever. After aging, when the bourbon is dumped out of the barrel, some liquid stays trapped deep inside the wood. This is the “Devil’s Cut.”
Specification: Kilbeggan is named after St Bécán, one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland who founded a monastery in the area in the 6th century. Smooth and malty.
Specification: Macallan Rare Cask Black was made from a marriage of less than 100 casks, resulting in an expression that shows off a fascinating combination of rich peat smoke and Macallan's characteristic Sherried power. Peaty whisky is very much a rarity from Macallan, so this is very much an exciting bottling!
Specification: Pure Malt Red is a Japanese blended malt in a charming looking bottle! This is made up of malt whisky from the Nikka distilleries Yoichi and Miyagikyo. The result is a fruit, creamy, buttery, and slightly herbal whisky.
Specification: As with the 17 Years Old, with this expression Distiller marry together Old Pulteney matured in ex-bourbon casks with spirit from ex-Oloroso sherry casks. They mostly use second fill American oak, plus some Spanish oak first fill. However, there is a higher proportion of ex-Oloroso sherry cask compared to the 17 Years Old. Old Pulteney 21 Year Old has been voted 2012 World Whisky of the Year by the prestigious "Jim Murray's Whisky Bible." Scoring a record-equalling 97.5 points out of 100, it is only the third time that a single malt has ever won the prestigious award.
Specification: 'Edited' is an Indian single malt whisky created by Master Distiller Michael John using Indian 6-row barley as well as peated Scottish barley. The final vatting contains 15% of the peated spirit with maturation taking place in bourbon casks.

Specification: Tanqueray is a London Dry Gin with a dry and crisp taste. Whilst the recipe is a fiercely guarded secret, it is thought to contain as little as four botanicals. Bottled at 47.3% ABV, it's very dry and has strong juniper notes with a hint of spice.
Specification: Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec pays homage to the taste of the 19th century. The higher presence of Chardonnay enhances its sweetness and silkiness. It is best served in a carafe, allowing the flavors to fully expand and develop. No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. The inclusion of 20 to 30% of reserve wines ensures the consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style.
Specification: One of two releases from the anCnoc range launched in the first half of 2015, the Black Hill Reserve is an impressive single malt Scotch whisky which has been allowed to mature in first fill ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV. The name of this release comes from the name of the distillery, Knockdhu, which means Black Hill in Gaelic.
Specification: Auchentoshan is the world's best selling lowland malt whisky. The dsitillery producing Auchentoshan spirit is the only Scottish distillery to distil the spirit three times. As such, making Auchentoshan the smoothest, most delicate-tasting single malt scotch whisky.

Peated to 208ppm it is released at five years old when the massive phenols so characteristic of this extraordinary single malt are at their most vital. This is a spirit with a texture and depth of flavour that is simply inimitable.
Specification: Scotch whiskey Bunnahabhain Cruach Mona is considered a mysterious and unpredictable drink, and finding it on sale is not so simple. It matures in oak barrels with the smell of bourbon and sherry. The peaty aroma of the drink is intertwined with shades of seaweed, which are harmoniously complemented by notes of liquorice and toasted bread. Having tried this spirit, you will be surprised how successfully its peaty malt sweetness is complemented by the taste of summer fruits. The aftertaste will also please true connoisseurs: it has noticeably fewer peaty notes compared to past versions of the drink, but on the second plan, fruit notes are clearly felt.
Specification: Chivas Regal 12 is a blend of many different malt and grain Scotch whiskies, matured for at least 12 years. This rich, smooth blend combines style with substance and tradition. For James Chivas, there were two fundamental principles of blending: ‘old, mature stocks and a distinct Speyside accent’. Master Blender Colin Scott adheres to those same principles today, with whiskies at least 12 years old with a generous measure of Speyside malts.
Specification: This one of a kind specially crafted whisky has been expertly made to be the perfect accompaniment to the finest of cigars. Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, it is then finessed in premier cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques.
Specification: The Great American Rivers once transported fine oak casks filled with American bourbon towards New Orleans. Bourbon casks could only be used once, their aromas and flavours released quickly, without being exhausted by long maturation. Excellent for ageing single malt Scotch. Bourbon Cask Reserve is inspired by that history. It is Distiller’s only expression exclusively matured in American bourbon casks, for 19 years. Specification: A blend of our oldest whisky - distilled over thirty years ago when malting still occurred on site and spirit matured in a selection of the world's finest casks, this undoubtedly is the richest whisky in our range. Of course, whilst the exact secrets of its production are known only to our whisky creators, we can tell you that Signet's melting sweetness and explosive spiciness is, at least in part, caused by our unique roasted 'chocolate' barley malt and the 'designer casks' made bespoke for Glenmorangie from American white oak. Specification: Kept in a bottle that looks like a prototype of the Gherkin, this Kauffman Soft Private Collection has been distilled 14 times before being filtered twice, once through birch coal and then again through quartz. This version is named soft because of its mellow texture.
Specification: The 1824 Collection is a range of Macallans released for the travel retail market. The Select Oak edition is a complex combination of first-fill European oak casks seasoned with oloroso sherry, and American oak casks seasoned with either oloroso sherry or bourbon.

Specification: Soils are alluvial and vary from the calcium rich marl and flysch sandstone in the more hilly regions to clay, sand and gravel in the valley. Its grapes are harvested at optimal maturity levels. A soft pressing was used to enhance flavour extraction while imparting minimal color from the skins.To intensify tropical fruit characteristics, a small part of surmatured grapes is added.
Specification: A blended whisky from Japan's Yamazakura range, which is brought to market by Japanese company Sasanokawa Shuzo. The name itself a portmanteau of two Japanese terms 'Yama' means 'mountain' and 'Sakura' means cherry tree. If you think about it, a portmanteau is kind of like a blend but with words, so this name is rather apt for a Japanese blended whisky.
