Specification: Vanilla spice and ripe citrus running into dried fruits and nuttiness with a splash of fudge and honeyed notes. Layered fruits and spice combine with cinnamon baked apple wrestling with raisin and plum pudding. The dram opens out to reveal warming barley and a hint of sweet pear. A classic Single Malt with punch that dances on the palate. The trademark Arran barley-sweetness shines through the layers of complexity. Each sip reveals new depths.
Specification: Matured in ex-bourbon barrels (various vintages) and finished for 18 months in American oak quarter casks for greater interaction. Bothy harks back to the 18th and 19th centuries on the Isle of Arran when smaller casks were favoured for logistical reasons, whilst delivering gorgeous vanilla and spice flavours. It's also bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.7% abv without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 12,000 bottles have been released.
Specification: Old Ballantruan is a superb peated malt, produced at Speyside's Tomintoul distillery using heavily peated barley. This is the first ever bottling with an age statement, and it comes at a punchy 50%ABV. Very good stuff!

Specification: Originally released for the Travel Retail market, this is a 2009 vintage Bruichladdich single malt Scotch whisky, made using Bere barley grown on Orkney! Bere barley has a much lower yield than other varieties that you're more likely to see in whisky production.
Specification: As if it wasn’t spectacular enough, 25 year old has also been re-introduced as an unchill-filtered spirit, with natural colour and a higher strength of 46.3%. Its new story is being told through updated packaging including a smoked-oak glass bottle with labelling on aged parchment, all displayed in an Alder wooden box lined with Hessian and closed with solid brass fittings.
Specification: The Dalmore 15 year old is smooth, rich and well rounded; the epitome of The Dalmore house style. This delicate and approachable vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The character of The Dalmore 15 is achieved by then splitting the whisky equally between three different sherry woods; Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso for a further three years. The spirit is finally married together in an upstanding sherry butt, allowing the flavours to infuse.

Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the spirit is then transferred to 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry wood casks from Gonzalez Byass, before being finessed in Port pipes from the Douro region in Portugal for a unique finish.

Specification: Glenfiddich created the third expression in its Age of Discovery Collection to commemorate the 1831 voyage of the HMS Beagle. The Beagle travelled around the globe and landed on the east coast of South America, allowing Charles Darwin to collect fossils that would lead to the development of his famous theory of evolution. Aged 19 years, this edition is finished in oak casks that were once used to produce the complex, velvety wines of South America. Of course, whilst the exact secrets of its production are known only to our whisky creators, we can tell you that Signet's melting sweetness and explosive spiciness is, at least in part, caused by our unique roasted 'chocolate' barley malt and the 'designer casks' made bespoke for Glenmorangie from American white oak. Non chill-filtered for additional aroma and mouthfeel.
