Specification: Vanilla spice and ripe citrus running into dried fruits and nuttiness with a splash of fudge and honeyed notes. Layered fruits and spice combine with cinnamon baked apple wrestling with raisin and plum pudding. The dram opens out to reveal warming barley and a hint of sweet pear. A classic Single Malt with punch that dances on the palate. The trademark Arran barley-sweetness shines through the layers of complexity. Each sip reveals new depths.
Specification: Matured in ex-bourbon barrels (various vintages) and finished for 18 months in American oak quarter casks for greater interaction. Bothy harks back to the 18th and 19th centuries on the Isle of Arran when smaller casks were favoured for logistical reasons, whilst delivering gorgeous vanilla and spice flavours. It's also bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.7% abv without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 12,000 bottles have been released.
Specification: Old Ballantruan is a superb peated malt, produced at Speyside's Tomintoul distillery using heavily peated barley. This is the first ever bottling with an age statement, and it comes at a punchy 50%ABV. Very good stuff!
Specification: The BenRiach Septendecim is the latest edition to the BenRiach Peated range. This 17 year old peated whisky has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and is a real robust heavyweight. Septendecim is non chill filtered and bottled at natural colour. Sweet concentrated peat flavours dominate from the start. Bold and intense. The peaty heart is united with honey-infused raisins, roasted nuts and a luxurious leather impression. Full-bodied with fantastic length.
Specification: An 8 year old single malt from Islay's Bruichladdich distillery, originally released for the Travel Retail Market. The Laddie Eight was created by Head Distiller Adam Hannett, with an aim to capturing the fantastic floral notes along with Bruichladdich's coastal elements.
Specification: Scotch whiskey Bunnahabhain Cruach Mona is considered a mysterious and unpredictable drink, and finding it on sale is not so simple. It matures in oak barrels with the smell of bourbon and sherry. The peaty aroma of the drink is intertwined with shades of seaweed, which are harmoniously complemented by notes of liquorice and toasted bread. Having tried this spirit, you will be surprised how successfully its peaty malt sweetness is complemented by the taste of summer fruits. The aftertaste will also please true connoisseurs: it has noticeably fewer peaty notes compared to past versions of the drink, but on the second plan, fruit notes are clearly felt.
Specification: Glen Deveron, Scotland’s most easterly distillery, lies on the rugged coast of north east Scotland by the banks of the river Deveron. Glen Deveron crafts it’s malt in the traditional way using copper pot stills, fine malted barley and pure spring water. This bold expression with a deep gold colour has notes of fine toasted cereals, roasted hazelnuts and exotic fruits, making it a rich, fruity malt with a refined and long-lingering finish.
Specification: The glendronach 18 years old has been named after the renowned founder of the distillery, James Allardice. This exceptional sherried single malt is non chill filtered and of natural colour. Matured in the finest Spanish oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46 percent. Remarkable flavours of stewed fruits and all-spice marry together with classic aged oloroso sherry and toasted walnut bread combined with chocolate orange.
Specification: In homage to the intrepid Portuguese voyagers who went on to change our understanding of the new world, was created Glenfiddich’s first ever 19 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky. Finished in fine, aged Madeira wine casks from an independent island winery dating back to 1850 was named this expression, Glenfiddich Age of Discovery. An earthy, bright whisky with a warmth that fades to long sweetness. The first time Madeira casks was used for incredible, rich depth.

In 1938, this came to be. To mark the legend, the seer's symbol watches over every bottle. Specification: Macallan Rare Cask Black was made from a marriage of less than 100 casks, resulting in an expression that shows off a fascinating combination of rich peat smoke and Macallan's characteristic Sherried power. Peaty whisky is very much a rarity from Macallan, so this is very much an exciting bottling!
