Specification: The new 46% Amruts are a very different proposition to the pleasant but unexciting original release. At the higher strength this 24ppm peated effort fairly fizzes along the tastebuds. This is excellent - hugely improved stuff from a distillery coming along in leaps and bounds.
Specification: This variety includes a special strawberry extract, malt extract and sugar syrup. In addition to birch coal filtering, Beluga Transatlantic Racing passes special cotton filters and undergoes a resting period of 45 days.
Specification: A more recent part of the El Dorado range, this is aged in bourbon barrels and offers a heavier body than the 5 year old, but still not as heavy as the 12 and 15, making this a great mixing rum, though not a bad sipping spirit either!
