Specification: Togouchi is a blended Japanese whisky from the producers Chugoku Jozo, who mature their whisky in a tunnel rather than a warehouse. The name comes from where the tunnel is located, in the town of Togouchi, which merged with two other towns to create a larger town called Akiota. This is their no-age-statement expression, the Togouchi Premium Blended Japanese Whisky.
Specification: Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec pays homage to the taste of the 19th century. The higher presence of Chardonnay enhances its sweetness and silkiness. It is best served in a carafe, allowing the flavors to fully expand and develop. No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. The inclusion of 20 to 30% of reserve wines ensures the consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style.
Specification: Containing a blend of rums from 6 to 25 years old. Wonderfully complex, generous and full-bodied, with a sweet honeyed viscosity atypical of an aged spirit; a great depth of raisined fruit and apricot preserves, building to an intense heart of savoury oak, nutmeg, leather and tobacco with notes of coffee and delicately sweet vanilla, balanced with a spicy touch of cinnamon and ginger on the pleasantly astringent finish; truly a rum for the discerning palate.
