Specification: BenRiach 10 Years Old is Classic Speyside in character. The cask formula focuses on ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks – exactly the types of wood we favour at BenRiach. This fresh, lively, fruit-laden single malt captures warm oak spices, green apple, dried apricots, peach and banana, with subtle touches of aniseed, lemon zest and barley.
Specification: The world’s most heavily seated whisky, this is the sixth edition of the uber-experimental cult Octomore. Titanic amounts of peat but with a light, delicate complexity and a beguiling finesse. Young, yet eminently mature. It remains an enigma. Here, distiller pays tribute to its pedigree, to the land from which it came and the raw materials that gave it life: Octomore Scottish Barley.
Specification: Originally released for the Travel Retail market, this is a 2009 vintage Bruichladdich single malt Scotch whisky, made using Bere barley grown on Orkney! Bere barley has a much lower yield than other varieties that you're more likely to see in whisky production.
