Specification: Mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels of Jack Daniels own making. And Tennessee Whiskey doesn’t follow a calendar. It’s only ready when tasters say it is. Distiller judge it by the way it looks. By its aroma. And of course, by the way it tastes. It’s how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago.
Specification: The cuvée opens up a whole new palette of colours and flavours, with an intense salmon pink hue. The aromatic elegance is supported by an overhead structure. Undeniably, there is life in this wine. «Brut Mosaïque in pink», this cuvée has all the hallmark Chardonnay finesse (35%- 40%), rounded out by the ripeness of the Pinot Meunier (25%-30%) and the structure of the Pinot Noir (30%-35%). The addition of Pinot Noir red wine to the blend (15% to 18%) and a light dosage (10 g/l) result in a very complete, balanced champagne.
Specification: This 16 year old from the Isle of Jura was a bronze medal winner at the 2004 International Wine and Spirits Competition. And just like any Diurach, each drop is brimming with character. With such a proud and passionate heritage behind this whisky, it comes as no surprise that the Diurach's own symbol stamps every bottle with approval.
