And it's this soft water which gives our whisky its distinctive character and unique flavour. Pale gold with amber highlights and fresh, clean and aromatic with a rich lemony fruitiness. Medium-bodied with a delicate, fruity character with hints of toffee and butterscotch. A sweet long lasting finish.
