Specification: A cask strength bottling from the Talisker distillery, bearing no age statement. This was named for the Isle of Skye sits on the line of latitude 57 Degrees North.
Specification: It is said that William Teacher would not give his name to his blend until he had found perfection. Highland Cream is that whisky. It uses fully smoked peat single malt whisky from The Ardmore distillery as its fingerprint whisky. This gives it incredible depth and smoothness combined with a rich smokey undertone.
Specification: Soils are alluvial and vary from the calcium rich marl and flysch sandstone in the more hilly regions to clay, sand and gravel in the valley. Its grapes are harvested at optimal maturity levels. A soft pressing was used to enhance flavour extraction while imparting minimal color from the skins.To intensify tropical fruit characteristics, a small part of surmatured grapes is added.
